Providing and fixing of customized Aluminium form work for monolithic construction on RCC memberswith repetitive usage made up of aluninium sheets/plates of minimum 4mm thickness and grade 6062(Type-6). The formwshaped brackets braced diagonally at 0.90 to 1.00 mtr. centre to centre on extrenal wall face just the levelork comprises of (a) wall panel, roccker, kickerand internal soffit corner, externalsoffit corner, external corner, internal corner etc., (b) beam components i.e, beam side panel prop headfor soffit beam, beams soffit panel, beam soffit bulk head and (c) deck components i.e. deck panel, deckprop, prop length, deck mid, soffit length, deck beam bar. The panels are held in position by a simple pinand wedge system that passes thorugh holes in the out side rib of each panel. The tolerance of finishedpanel shall not be less than (-1 mm) and shall conform to IS 14987-1999. Pins and wedges to be made ofhigh grade hot dipped galvansied mild steel.
