It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature. It is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, which require the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms of use for quickboq.in to be published.
QuickBOQ (the "Platform") is operated by NSA Constructions ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship concern, with its office at A43, Dumna Road, Airport Road, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 482005.
By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.
1. What QuickBOQ is
QuickBOQ is a professional tool for preparing Bills of Quantities and estimates using the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates, the CPWD Delhi Analysis of Rates (E&M) and comparable departmental schedules. It lets you assemble items, record measurements, build rate analyses for non-scheduled items, and export a BOQ, Measurement Book and Abstract of Cost.
It is a drafting and calculation aid. It is not a consultancy, and it does not provide engineering, legal, tendering or financial advice.
2. Accuracy, and what remains your responsibility
The schedule data in QuickBOQ is reproduced from schedules published by CPWD and other departments. We take care to reproduce it faithfully, but we do not warrant that any rate, code, description, unit or coefficient is complete, current or free of error, and schedules are amended, corrected and superseded by the issuing department without reference to us.
Before you submit, sanction, tender or pay against anything prepared with QuickBOQ, you must verify it against the official published schedule and the relevant departmental circulars. The estimate you issue is your professional work, signed by you, and the responsibility for it is yours.
We are not liable for a rejected tender, a disallowed item, an audit objection, a rate difference, a lost bid, or any cost or loss arising from an estimate prepared using the Platform.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
- Give accurate registration details and keep them current. An account is for one person; do not share your sign-in.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
- Sign-in is provided through Google Firebase. You are also bound by Google's terms for that sign-in.
4. Your data and your content
Your estimates are yours. Projects, estimates, measurements, rate analyses and non-scheduled items that you create remain your property. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, back up and display that content so the Platform can work for you. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it to train AI models.
Community sharing is opt-in. If you choose to share a non-scheduled item with the community, you confirm you are entitled to share it, and you grant us and other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and copy that item within the Platform. You can ask us to remove a shared item, but copies other users have already taken into their own estimates will remain with them. We may decline or remove any shared item.
You can export everything we hold about you at any time from your Account page. What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI features
QuickBOQ uses Google Gemini to explain schedule items in plain language and to turn a plain-English question into a search. These outputs are machine-generated. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are never a substitute for the published schedule or your own judgement. A rate, code or description shown anywhere in the Platform comes from the schedule data, never from the AI.
Do not enter personal, confidential or client-identifying information into the AI or search boxes. Usage of AI features is subject to fair-use limits that we may change.
6. Plans, payment and access
A free account can use the Platform with limits, including a cap on exports and a monthly allowance for AI search. Paid plans lift those limits. Current plans:

Plans are prepaid and do not renew automatically. We do not hold a standing mandate on your card or UPI and cannot charge you again without you starting a new payment. When a plan's days run out, the account returns to the free tier — your estimates are not deleted, but paid features stop.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. How you may not use the Platform
The schedule catalogue, its structure and the rate-analysis data are the substance of this product. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract the catalogue or any part of it, by any automated means;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense or republish the Platform or its data, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset;
- share one account between several people, or resell access to your account;
- copy, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform, or circumvent any limit, quota, paywall or security measure;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to upload;
- use the Platform for any purpose forbidden by Indian law.
We apply rate limits and other technical measures to protect the service, and we may change them at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance, with or without notice. Features marked beta or early access are provided as they are and may change or be removed.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Platform at any time, and can request deletion of your account from your Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we are required to by law — normally with notice, and immediately where the breach is serious or continuing.
If we close your account for a breach, we are not obliged to refund unused paid time. If we withdraw the Platform entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any plan you have paid for.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform — its software, design, layout, graphics, compiled datasets and everything else in it other than your own content — belongs to us or is licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you. Rates and schedule text published by CPWD and other departments remain the property of those departments; our compilation, structuring and presentation of that material is ours.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however it arises.
Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Platform in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us and our officers, employees and agents against any claim, demand, penalty or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
13. Third-party services and links
The Platform relies on third-party services — among them Google Firebase, Google Gemini, Razorpay, MongoDB Atlas and Render — and may link to third-party websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to perform an obligation under these Terms where performance is prevented or delayed by an event beyond its reasonable control.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top will change, and where the change is significant we will ask you to accept the updated Terms the next time you sign in. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
