DAR stands for Delhi Analysis of Rates: the CPWD publication showing how each DSR rate was built up from materials, labour, machinery and carriage, with coefficients per unit of work.
BOQ — Bill of Quantities
BOQ stands for Bill of Quantities: the itemised list of work, with measured quantities and rates, that a construction project is tendered, contracted and paid against.
